We were initially appointed by our client to provide strip out and demolition services to an existing shop over the ground and basement levels. On completion we were further instructed to provide services to split the existing floor spaces to allow multiple tenant occupancy. All works were completed over a 4 month period and were inclusive of the works below:

• Strip out,
• Blockwork/brickwork inclusive of installation of wind posts
• Screed
• Groundworks, excavations, underground drainage and RC slab reinstatement
• Diamond drilling
• Opening within concrete slab for new staircase inclusive of scaffolding crash deck
• Steelwork
• Firestopping
• Carpentry/hoarding
• Dry lining to MF ceilings and fire boarding existing steelwork
• New door openeings within existing block walls
• Provision of machinery/skilled labour for excavation/formation of new manhole shaft required for tunnelling to connect new sewer heading
• Fosroc concrete repairs
• Composite slabs
