Delce Road - Rochester

We were appointed by our client to strip out an existing Co-op and provide general building work to renovate the building back to a usable state all within an 8 week programme. Building works included the following:

• Strip out
• Groundworks, excavation and formation of new lift pit
• Brickwork repairs including helibar stitching to cracks
• Installation of new timber roofs inclusive of supply/installation of steelwork
• Supply and install steel to new shopfronts and various stairs (internal and external)
• Formation of new door openings inclusive of temporary works
• Concrete repairs to existing window cills
• Render board and render to existing external features
• Decorations
